About Billing for Mosdos

Billing for Mosdos is simple, careful billing software for schools and mosdos, shuls, and other membership organisations.

It keeps track of who owes what, adds the regular charges for you (weekly, monthly, termly or on a Hebrew date), records payments and standing orders, and produces clear statements, in English with Hebrew dates and parsha names.

What it does

• Clients with sub-accounts. One client, one balance and one statement, with sub-accounts underneath: a parent with children, a donor with several pledges, a member with family.
• All your clients in one list. Search, filter, save views, select many at once, edit in place, and drag clients between Enrolled, Muted, Left and History.
• Charges that add themselves. Tuition, dues or seat fees on the day you choose (weekly, monthly or on a Hebrew date), with discounts per sub-account.
• Pledges for shuls. Aliyos, kibbudim, nedarim, appeals and plaques, entered in seconds after Shabbos.
• Statements and PDFs with your logo, Hebrew dates and parsha names.
• To do lists, follow-ups and promises, so nothing slips.
• Balance texts (SMS) with a preview before anything is sent, plus address labels for Avery sheets.
